Our team has the skills to accompany companies from incorporation to reorganization, drafting of minutes and other documentation, restructuring, capital increases, approval of accounts, licensing of commercial activities, appointment of governing bodies, among others.

We organize company mergers, demergers spin-offs, transformations, acquisitions and disposals in collaboration with our clients' internal or external teams.

Family and Succession

Family law is one of NF Legal & Law's preferred areas of practice, working both in terms of prevention, mediation and conflict resolution. Our services in this area include advising on marriage processes in Portugal.
